CD to buy this week:
Dave Chappelle's Block Party Soundtrack: The whole performance is dope dope dope (see the movie), but get this CD for the sake of Jill Scott over the top funky performance of "That Way". Too dope for words.
But..I'm kinda mad Talib is skipping words all through his performance of "Definition". Come on man

Rolling Stone's "Inside Scientology" in March 9th issue. Wow. I don't want to insult people's religions. Not really my steez. But, daaaaaaaaaaamn, this is some wild shit. Pick this up and read it now. It's quite lengthy but it is damn interesting.
Oh shit factor for this week:
I'm going to get my Powerbook serviced tommorow. Nothing too serious. But I don't like the way my mouse clicks and well...my warranty ends in two months. I better get it done now. hahahaa. Gotta work the system, mayneee
Ummm award:
"Hustle and Flow". um, why was this movie good again? I want my two hours back. I just can't take a pimp movie seriously. I'm sorry. I just saw it the other day and well.. I could have done something more productive with my time.
The Umm award is being shared with the 2006 Soul Train Awards. Talk about underwhelming. It's not that I wanted somebody to get jumped ala Vibe awards..but... It was just so boring. I mean... Charlie Wilson performed...that's just bad. lol Keyshia Cole looked confused as hell when Tyrese came on.. She was like ummm can you back up...I'm trying to sing my song here. Wack.
